The Foundations Program is your introduction to Machine Shed CrossFit. We break down the essential movements, help you understand workout flow, and prepare you for success.
What’s included:
A series of beginner-focused classes designed to teach CrossFit fundamentals.
Squats, presses, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and core functional movements.
