Most of us are old enough to remember when people used to eat 3 square meals daily. We can also remember that eating well was less of a challenge. Unfortunately for our health, today's lifestyle rarely includes breakfast, lunch, or a real dinner regardless of whether we are on the run. Relaxing lunches and dinners that are nicely prepared, attractively served, and shared with family and friends are rare occasions for many working Americans, busy families, or sports families.

Many of our clients commonly express dissatisfaction with their mealtime eating. Yet, when life is full, stress is high, and schedules are busy, eating well-balanced meals regularly each day can help better manage stress and prevent fatigue. The purpose of this blog series is to provide meal management tips so you can care for your health while balancing work, workouts, family, and stress.
